We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. And obligation to pay the costs of returning the product (hereinafter: withdrawal).

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return delivery note as well as instructions on how and where to send your return.
Goods sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You need to sign the withdrawal statement by hand and provide us with the receipt for the purchased product for inspection.
The declaration of withdrawal from the contract produces legal effect from the day it is sent to us, but the burden of proof is on you to prove that you sent it to us in time.

Damages and problems
Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the goods are faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
It is very important that you report any damage you notice to us via our email support.
If you notice such damage, do not sign for the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt of the shipment.
Complaints About Data or The Wrong Type of Goods
If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the information on the invoice is not correct, please send us an e-mail with your information (name, surname, phone ) to e-mail cs@vip-charms.com and describe what kind of problem you have. As soon as possible, we will respond to the consumer's reported complaint and will inform you about further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 14 days from the moment it is reported.
Exclusions / Non-returnable goods.
Certain types of goods are non-returnable, such as , non-standard goods (e.g. custom-made or personalised goods) and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products). . We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your particular item.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of discounted goods or gift cards.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return your existing item, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase of a new item.
European Union 14 day reflection period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition in which you received them, unworn and unused, with tags and in their original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are made using the same means of payment that you used when paying. In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a buyer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the Seller is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder's account at the seller's request.
In case of cancellation, you are obliged to return the product to us, that is, to organize the return of the product, without delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the day when you sent the cancellation statement.
We will notify you as soon as we receive and verify your refund, and let you know whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded the amount used by the original payment method within 14 working days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuing company to process and send the refund.
