DOMESTIC DELIVERY

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over €89. Standard shipping for orders under 10 500 rsd is 590 rsd.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipments to the United States

As of August 25, 2025, Serbian Post has temporarily suspended the acceptance of all shipments to the United States due to new U.S. customs regulations. More details are available on the official Serbian Post website: Official Announcement https://www.posta.rs/cir/info/vest-detaljnije.aspx?ID=19967
All orders from U.S. customers that have already been paid for are securely reserved and will be shipped immediately once postal services and transportation to the United States are resumed.
Shipments to the Israel, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
We are hereby informing our customers that starting from March 3, 2026, international postal traffic with Israel, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has been temporarily suspended.

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over €89.

Standard shipping for orders under €89 is €10.

For all international shipping we calculate a flat rate shipping according to destination, each order will be given a tracking number for order tracking. Tracking number would be provide once the product have been shipped and you can enter the tracking number to track your package and to check delivery status online. Delivery time will take 1* month, excluding weekends and bank holidays. For free shipping worldwide we use different shipping services, delivery time is 1* month excluding weekends and can be delayed up to 1-2 months due to Covid-19.

Additional import duties and tax may be charged at end destination by customs, which is a tariff or tax imposed on goods. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; VIP-CHARMS has no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be.

* Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so VIP- CHARMS cannot be liable or held responsible for any delay after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, e.g. weather change, pandemic, but please be assured that VIP-CHARMS will do our best to minimize any inconvenience that may arise.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES

In most cases, customs fees do not apply. In some rare cases(Like EU orders**), you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, VIP-CHARMS has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

**EU orders: Please note that all orders entering European countries after Brexit are now subject to custom and duty charges.

TRACKING MY ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details, you can also check the status of your order online on the Track My Order page with your tracking number. If your package has not been delivered within the estimated time, or you have additional questions regarding shipping, we are here to help you out! Just contact us via e-mail: cs@vip-charms.com.

ADDRESS INFORMARTION

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason, we suggest you have a check and provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

When picking up the ordered goods, the customer is obliged to check for possible damages and immediately report them to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, as well as to refuse to pick up delivered goods with visible damage. If he subsequently notices damage to the goods and does not return the goods to the delivery person, the buyer has the option of contacting us via cs@vip-charms.com so that the goods can be picked up in accordance with the agreement with the buyer.
If the customer rejects the order of the wrongly delivered items, the delivery person must establish at the time of receipt that there was a mistake in replacing the items, by consulting the customer and contacting vip-charms.com via support telephone or email.

VIP-CHARMS/ vip-charms.com is not responsible for the manner and quality of the service provided by the delivery person.

The delivery person undertakes to carry out the delivery of the order professionally and responsibly in accordance with the rules of the service and the General Terms and Conditions of e-commerce business of the vip-charms.com online store.

In the event of a delay in delivery due to a breakdown of the delivery vehicle or other objective or subjective reasons of the delivery person, the cost of delivery shall be borne by the delivery person.
