Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 3 – CUSTOMER PRIVACY PROTECTION

On behalf of VIP-CHARMS we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees involved with management of data in VIP-CHARMS.COM web store (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

SECTION 4 – PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTION AND CARD DATA

When entering payment card data, the HolestPay system transmits confidential information from a security-isolated frame through a public network using the SSL protocol with AES265 encryption and exchange of cryptographic keys according to the Diffie-Hellman principle. HolestPay further transfers the card data to the bank’s system in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology. Data security during purchase is guaranteed by HOLEST E-COMMERCE D.O.O., payment card processor and Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is performed outside of this site. Payment card data is not available on this site at any moment, and all channels through which data is transmitted or possibly part of card data is stored (if it is a subscription) are PCI DSS certified.

SECTION 5 – VAT STATEMENT

VAT is not included in the price. VIP-CHARMS is not subject to VAT.

SECTION 6 – CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro/US Dollar into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank.

When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

SECTION 7 – PAYMENT REFUNDS

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, vip-charms.com web shop is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that at the request of the seller, the bank will refund the funds to the account of the cardholder.

SECTION 8 - FISCAL RECEIPTS 

Fiscal Receipts may be delivered to you in digital form (pdf, html) - presented on website or delivered via e-mail to address you specify as the billing e-mail.

SECTION 9 – DELIVERY, SHIPPING

Domestic delivery, Standard Delivery

450 RSD OR FREE IF YOU SPEND OVER 10500 RSD 3-21 working days*. Once ordered, your order will be delivered in 3-21 working days. You’ll receive an email when it’s been dispatched, which will include tracking information. Your delivery will be made between Monday and Friday, excluding bank holidays.Gift cards cannot be used to qualify for free delivery.

*Throughout Black Friday, December, and Sale you may have to wait longer for delivery. Please note vip-charms.com delivers to all Serbian Postcodes.

SECTION 10 – DELIVERY OF GOODS

All orders are delivered to the Customer via Post of Serbia. The correctness of the order is checked by the customer. The buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt, and to notify the delivery person immediately of any possible defects. When picking up the ordered goods, the customer is obliged to check for possible damages and immediately report them to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, as well as to refuse to pick up delivered goods with visible damage. If he subsequently notices damage to the goods and does not return the goods to the delivery person, the buyer has the option of contacting us via cs@vip-charms.com so that the goods can be picked up in accordance with the agreement with the buyer. If the customer rejects the order of the wrongly delivered items, the delivery person must establish at the time of receipt that there was a mistake in replacing the items, by consulting the customer and contacting vip-charms.com via support email.

vip-charms.com reserves the right to refuse delivery of ordered goods if it determines a violation of these conditions and rules advertised on the website. If the customer made a mistake, the shipping cost is paid by the customer, and the goods are returned to vip-charms.com. Shipping costs when returning and replacing purchased goods are borne by the customer, except in the case when the customer receives a defective or wrong item, then the shipping costs are paid by the vip-charms.com online store.

vip-charms.com is not responsible for the manner and quality of the service provided by the delivery person.

The delivery person undertakes to carry out the delivery of the order professionally and responsibly in accordance with the rules of the service and the General Terms and Conditions of e-commerce business of the vip-charms.com online store. In the event of a delay in delivery due to a breakdown of the delivery vehicle or other objective or subjective reasons of the delivery person, the cost of delivery shall be borne by the delivery person. One customer can create multiple orders in one day.

SECTION 11 – RETURN OF GOODS

It is very important that you report any damage you notice to us via our email support. If you notice such damage, do not sign for the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt of the shipment.

Complaints About Data or The Wrong Type of Goods

If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the information on the invoice is not correct, please send us an e-mail with your information (name, surname, phone) to e-mail cs@vip-charms.com and describe what kind of problem you have. As soon as possible, we will respond to the consumer's reported complaint and will inform you about further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 14 days from the moment it is reported.

SECTION 12 - REFUND POLICY AND CANCELLATION OF ON-LINE PURCHASES

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance (online ordering) within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product, without giving reasons and additional costs, except for the obligation to pay the costs of returning the product (hereinafter: withdrawal). If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must submit a withdrawal statement to us within the above-mentioned deadline. You can submit your withdrawal statement to us electronically at the email address cs@vip-charms.com. You need to sign the withdrawal statement  by hand and provide us with the receipt for the purchased product for inspection. The declaration of withdrawal from the contract produces legal effect from the day it is sent to us, but the burden of proof is on you to prove that you sent it to us in time. In the case of receipt of a complete and timely statement of cancellation, we will refund the funds we received from you based on the purchase you canceled. We issue refunds when we receive the product being returned or proof that you sent us the same product, whichever comes first.

Refunds are made using the same means of payment that you used when paying. In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a buyer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the Seller is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder's account at the seller's request.

In case of cancellation, you are obliged to return the product to us, that is, to organize the return of the product, without delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the day when you sent the cancellation statement. You return the product to the address 36210 Vrnjachka Banja, Cerska 6-13, and in this connection you bear the direct costs of returning the product. You are solely responsible for the diminished value of the product that occurs as a result of handling the product in a manner that is not adequate, i.e. exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.
